- 4:1 run/walk ratio
- Skip all walk breaks on the Bradley Hills section of the course
- Resume walk breaks after the Hills
- Cease walk breaks after Mile 4 (when you get on Court St.)
I'm going to watch my little split chart and see how well I can do.
I'm now into my 2nd year of running, and this is my little blog. I don't keep it up as regularly, but it's a great place for links and journaling that won't fit in my training log.
