ChiRunning Revision
I've revised that list of elements of ChiRunning in my head. Here's the new one:
- Core muscles
- Proper posture
- Mid-foot strike
- Slight lean (foot strike slightly behind center of gravity)
- Uniform cadence (85-90 bmp)
- Short strides
I'm now into my 2nd year of running, and this is my little blog. I don't keep it up as regularly, but it's a great place for links and journaling that won't fit in my training log.
